Static Caravan Sales North Wales & Touring Park
Hendwr Caravan Park lies at the foot of the Berwyn Mountain range on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park and the Clwydian Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty between the market towns of Corwen and Bala, in the beautiful Dee Valley with Llangollen at the head of the Valley and Ruthin to the North East as the gateway to the Vale of Clwyd .
The family run park was founded in the 1960’s by John Hughes for visiting campers in a beautiful spot on the family farm, and is accessed via a tree lined driveway. Over time Hendwr Caravan Park has developed to accommodate privately owned static caravans, self-catering Scandinavian Lodge holidays and of seasonal touring caravans. We have a range of on and off-site Static Caravans available for sale.
The park has purposely maintained a low key relaxed atmosphere with no club house and no subletting of caravans permitted ensuring a quiet, safe community feel. The Park offers WiFi availability across the site along with laundrette and maintenance services and easy access to local grocery shops, DIY stores, garden centre, pubs, takeaways, cafes and restaurants . We can also put you in touch with Corwen Anglers Association to be able to access some of the world’s best Grayling fishing as well as Trout and Salmon. Access to the river Dee is only one fields walk away.
Hendwr Caravan Park provides the perfect place for a family holiday, a quick getaway or a weekend retreat. The countryside surrounding the park provides stunning scenery which is easily accessible from the farm. We welcome well behaved dogs (with an owner!) and the tranquil setting, peace and beauty of this part of Wales continues to attract visitors who want to relax and get away from the pressures of everyday life.
